What Shines:
This journal impressed me with the quality of its paper. It's smooth and a joy to sketch on, and I couldn't find a single printing error throughout the whole journal. The dot pattern is consistent and adds a nice touch of precision, too. Plus, the overall design is quite attractive and stands out at this price point!

Room for Growth:
There's always room for improvement, and for this journal, it lies in the cover. While the description accurately lists it as laminated paper, it is a bit lightweight and just doesn’t cut it for me. A sturdier material like hard paper or cardboard would elevate the overall quality significantly. The laminated paper doesn't quite provide the level of protection I'd prefer, especially near the coil where the paper inside bends on itself.
The cover printing is also underwhelming, and the colours were a bit muted and not consistent. Better printing would elevate the design further. Despite the expensive delivery, the journal still arrived damaged somehow (the coil was torn near the middle) but it is still functional. A more robust coil would be a welcome improvement.

Looking Forward:
Despite these shortcomings, I am still enjoying using this journal. If the team upgrades the journal to have a more substantial cover material with better printing and a stronger coil, I'd be happy to pay a bit more for those features. As it is, this journal is a good choice for budget-conscious architects and artists who prioritize paper quality. However, durability is a bit low in my opinion.

I am actually revisiting this page to order more of the same journal. The paper is soft and the wire is just perfect. It not so big or so small, so the size is very suitable for bags and for moving around with it. The dots are very handy when it comes to creating tables or boxes. Honestly, I am very happy with this product.
